i’m (almost) moved back into my old/new studio and it feels fantastic!! walls are painted, a different throw rug is on the floor, computer is set up, and i’m slowly putting things on the shelves and getting organized again. after trying to work out of two rooms, one upstairs and one down, it is so cool to have everything back in one spot again. it will be a day or so before everything is in its place, but it’s getting there.
no photo tonight. it’s still too messy. instead, a page from the art journal i completed for arthouse sketchbook project. i did stuff to it in photoshop, and i like how it came out. i may try to copy it onto canvas soon. of course, it will come out looking different. i can never try to copy myself and have it come out exactly, but that’s okay. it will be fun. soon, soon!

and i ain’t tradin’ you any bugs baby, we have wasps and slugs as well. i just found it interesting that ants would be searching around paint…but then they can be pretty darn pesky and relentless at times. xo wanda
