New Studio Pics

where i will be creating

i've been working on getting some reference photos
up on the walls.
not so i can copy them,
but just to have them there as guidance..
Ooooh, yeah, that's what a nose looks like!!
type of thing.
you know..
I couldn't hang anything up on the plastered walls
 downstairs because it was
too rough,
but up here the walls are smoother, and I'm liking that!



still bare bones, and I'm pretty sure this will change..but,
this is where I'll be writing, for now.
I think I have to turn my desk towards the other wall
because I like to watch Netflix or tv while I paint, and
the way it is now,
i can't see my laptop or tv from where my easel is..
not good planning on my part. lol

I'm debating putting curtains on the windows
I like all the light that comes in.
It has blinds that I have pulled all the way up,
so I don't really need curtains.

I swear the sun was making a heart shape through the clouds,
just for me,
and you, of course.

I'm almost all moved in,
and I've already painted
my first painting
from up here in the trees.
